Clear Health Quotes is a trade name of Shergill Enterprises INC. Clear Health Quotes helps consumers request and compare health insurance quotes and works with licensed insurance agents who provide quotes and information. We do not issue, underwrite, sell, or guarantee insurance coverage.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our quote request form, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Clear Health Quotes and its licensed agents about the insurance quote you requested, such as a confirmation that an agent will contact you and follow-up messages about your request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; after you reply STOP we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
